Privacy Policy
The short version: we do not collect your data, we do not store it, and we do not sell it. Everything below is the detail behind that sentence.
1. The short version
We do not collect personal data about visitors. We do not store it. We do not sell, rent or share it. There is no analytics script on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising cookie and no user profile of any kind.
2. This website
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
Two preferences — your colour theme and your language — are saved by your own browser in local storage on your device. They never reach us and never leave your machine.
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not read those logs to identify people and we do not combine them with anything else.
3. The contact form
The contact form is the only place on this site where you can send us anything. If you use it, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, the project scope and budget range you picked, and your message.
The form is delivered through a third-party form provider straight into our email inbox. We use it for one purpose — to answer you. It is never sold, never added to a mailing list, and never shared beyond the people at JK Travel who need to read it. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
4. Communication services we operate for other companies
Part of our work is building and running communication and connectivity services on behalf of client companies — messaging and bot infrastructure, notification delivery, routing between a company's systems and the channels its customers use.
Data belonging to those companies' users passes through in order to be delivered. We treat it as traffic, not as an asset.
- We do not retain the content of that traffic after delivery.
- We do not build profiles of end users, and we do not track them across services.
- We do not sell, rent or disclose any of it to data brokers, advertisers or anyone else.
- We do not use it to train models or to improve our own products.
- Where a client's own product needs to store something, it is stored in that client's infrastructure under their control — the client is the data controller and we act only on their documented instruction.
5. What we never do
To be explicit, because these are the things people are usually asking about:
- We do not sell or rent data. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not 'shared with partners'.
- We do not track visitors across sites or fingerprint devices.
- We do not buy data or enrich anything from third-party sources.
- We do not use personal data for advertising.
6. Third parties this site touches
We keep this list as short as we can, and it is complete:
- Google Fonts — the browser loads two typefaces from Google's font servers, which by technical necessity sees the request and its IP address.
- A third-party form provider — receives a contact-form submission and forwards it to our email.
- Our hosting provider — serves the static files and keeps standard server logs.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. In practice the answer is usually that we hold nothing beyond an email conversation you started. Write to d@jktravelllc.com and we will respond within 30 days.
For data processed inside a service we operate for a client company, send the request to that company — they are the controller — or to us, and we will pass it on and support them in answering it.
8. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, which includes them.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions, requests and complaints go to d@jktravelllc.com — a person reads that address.
