The same system, two to four times cheaper
Cloud bills grow by accident: a prototype instance that became production, a query nobody optimized, a managed service priced for a different company. We find those, fix the architecture behind them, and typically cut the bill 2–4× without touching your capacity.
- 01Your infrastructure bill grows faster than your revenue.
- 02Nobody can explain which line item corresponds to which feature.
- 03A funding round is coming and runway per month matters more than anything.
Bill forensics
We map every line item to a workload and an owner, then rank by waste. Most companies find that three services account for most of the surprise.
Architecture fixes
The real savings: caching what's recomputed, batching what's chatty, moving cold data to cold storage, and deleting the pipeline nobody reads.
Right-sizing & scaling
Instances matched to actual load curves, autoscaling that scales down too, spot and reserved capacity where the workload tolerates it.
Vendor & tier migration
Moving workloads to providers or tiers priced for your shape of traffic — including onto your own hardware when the numbers clearly favour it.
- Cost breakdown by workload, owner and feature
- Prioritized list of fixes with estimated monthly savings each
- Implementation of the high-impact items, measured before and after
- Budget alerts and a cost dashboard so it doesn't drift back
Is 2–4× realistic?
For companies that have never done this, yes — it's the normal range in our audits, and most of it comes from a handful of architectural mistakes rather than from many small tweaks. If your setup is already lean, we'll say so in week one instead of billing you for a quarter.
Will performance get worse?
No. We measure latency and error rates before and after every change; anything that trades user experience for money gets flagged and decided by you, not by us.
How do you charge for this?
Fixed price for the audit, then either time and materials or a share of the first year's verified savings — whichever you prefer.
Does this work for small startups?
Yes, and the relative impact is often bigger. Cutting a €4k monthly bill to €1k is weeks of runway for a seed-stage team.
