Your services, your hardware, your data
Some data cannot leave the building — legally, contractually, or because you simply don't want a vendor holding it. We move those workloads onto infrastructure you own, including the AI ones, and prove that nothing leaks.
- 01Legal or a customer contract says data must stay in a specific jurisdiction.
- 02You want AI features but can't send customer records to a third-party API.
- 03A SaaS vendor raised prices again, and your critical data is inside their tenant.
On-premises deployment
Your applications, databases and object storage on your own servers or a private cloud, provisioned as code and reproducible from scratch.
Self-hosted AI
Open-weight LLMs running on your GPUs for chat, extraction and RAG — the same product experience, with no prompt or document ever leaving your network.
Data isolation
Network segmentation, egress rules that block by default, encryption at rest and in transit, and secrets in a vault rather than in environment files.
Access & audit
SSO, role-based access, and audit logs showing who read what and when — the evidence auditors and enterprise customers ask for.
- Workloads running inside your perimeter
- Documented data-flow map showing what leaves the network and what never does
- Encryption, secrets management and access control in place
- Audit logging and retention policy your compliance team can sign off
Is self-hosting more expensive?
Frequently the opposite. Dedicated hardware often costs a fraction of equivalent managed cloud at steady load — the trade is that someone has to operate it, which is what we set up and document.
Can self-hosted AI match a hosted API?
For classification, extraction, summarization and RAG, open-weight models are close enough that users don't notice. For the hardest reasoning tasks, hosted frontier models are still ahead — so we often route by task and keep sensitive data local.
What hardware do we need for local LLMs?
Anything from one workstation GPU for a small team to a couple of server GPUs for company-wide use. We size it against your actual traffic before you buy anything.
What if we want to move back to the cloud later?
Everything is deployed as code and containers, so the move works in both directions. No lock-in was the point.
