1. Who we are

JK Travel LLC is a software studio. We design, build and operate software for other companies. You can reach a human at d@jktravelllc.com.

2. What this website is

This site is informational. There are no accounts, no logins, no payments and no user-generated content on it. Nothing published here is an offer, a quote or a contract — engagements start with a separate written agreement.

3. What we do for clients

We build and run software: applications, AI agents, infrastructure, and — relevant to these terms — communication and connectivity services operated on behalf of other companies. That can mean messaging and bot infrastructure, notification and alert delivery, routing between a company's systems and the channels its customers use.

• Each such service is operated for one client company, under a separate written agreement.
• The client company decides what its service does and what, if anything, it keeps.
• We act on that client's instruction; we are not an independent party to their end users.

4. User data — the short rule

We do not collect user data. We do not store it. We do not sell it. This is the rule we design around, not a preference we apply when convenient.

Where a communication service necessarily passes data through a system we operate, that data is in transit: it is handled to deliver the message and not retained by us afterwards. If a client's product requires retention, that data lives in the client's own infrastructure, under the client's control and keys.

• We do not sell, rent or broker data to anyone, ever.
• We do not build user profiles and we do not run advertising or tracking on anyone's behalf.
• We do not reuse client or end-user data for our own products, analytics or model training.

5. Acceptable use of services we operate

Communication infrastructure we run for a client may not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful content. Where that happens we will say so, and we may suspend the service until it stops.

6. Engagements, deliverables and payment

Scope, timelines, ownership of the work, confidentiality and payment terms are set out in the agreement or statement of work signed for that project. Those documents govern; this page does not replace them.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this website belong to JK Travel LLC. Ownership of anything we build for a client is assigned as the project agreement states — typically to the client on final payment. Client names and marks shown as case studies remain their owners' property.

8. No warranty on this website

This site is provided as is. Descriptions of services, results and metrics are summaries of past work, not promises of future outcomes. We may change or remove content without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JK Travel LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for paid work is governed by the relevant project agreement.

10. Third-party services used by this site

This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts and sends contact-form submissions through a third-party form provider to our email. Those are the only external services it touches. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to an active engagement are agreed in writing, not through a website edit.
